How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Cannotextremely Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Cannotextremely Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, a good first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Cannotextremely Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@cannotextremely.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
